My new show - Sypher 360

First and foremost, I would like to announce that I am 10lbs lighter then I was two Mondays ago! I switched my diet up (NO WHEAT, NO DAIRY, TONS of WATER, PROTEIN, & VEGGIES), exercise almost every day (have a dope new trainer - what up Elissa!), and am using WOW (a meal replacement) and Diet Magic (energy and appetite control). It's working soooo well, that I decided to be a distributer of the company, so if you want to get down, let me know! It's really cool cause my dude is doing it all with me which is making it a lot easier, you know? I can already tell I'ma be jealous though, cause his body is changing so fast and noticeably...dang men. Lol.

Secondly, I've decided to do my own Radio/TV show. I want to call it The Sypher360 Show. I've already found my host: Ling Ling. And I also want to have a DJ, and hope it'll be my boy Talib Shabazz. If not, I'm going straight to LJ from Hood Hard to get that popping. I'm PRAYING that WTF Online Radio will allow me to do it under their wonderful platform. I've got a DOPE crew too. Some lovely people that are on board to help make this a smash. I feel so blessed. Big ups to Tony Roberts, Jlyn, Cori Thomas, Trey, Hermina, and all the people that are showing me love.
